Some examples of projects you and your team will execute on include:
- Launch a greenfield product for database analytics powered by logs, traces, and metrics
- Launch features to detect problems and take automated actions (e.g. terminate a query)
- Launch support for monitoring MongoDB query performance
- Enable fast growth with 1-click installation of the DBM Agent

They GA'd about 3 years ago. They are looking to expand the functionality, product offering and technology base of the product. Primarily, they want to capture more of the market, expand into areas like non-relational DBs (IE Mongo, etc), make it easier to install, and really empower some new features for analytics/insights particularly for database observability and administration to make it easy to use by anyone, so there is a good amount of 0-1 work here.

What they are looking for skills/experience wise is for someone to have:
- Experience managing a team of 4+ engineers, particularly senior engineers, as this team leans senior
- Hands-on database experience as an IC engineer, with experience in at least one of Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
- Product Development experience
- They'd love some 0-1 experience, as well as any database observability or cloud hosting experience, but these fall under the "nice to have" column.
