The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and mentor high performing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective software engineers.
Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Build strong relationships with team members and across functions.
Enhance team efficiency and product quality by refining engineering processes and following best practices.
Ensure alignment with the overall technical strategy and architecture.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong background and technical capabilities in SaaS architectures with expertise building web services and in-depth knowledge of relational databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with users, product management, and leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
Ability to break down complex projects into smaller pieces and lead the iterative design and implementation process.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $220,000
